Pumpkin is a nutrient-rich vegetable used for centuries for its health and beauty benefits. It is a good source of vitamins A, C, and E, essential for healthy skin. Pumpkin also contains beta-carotene, an antioxidant that can help protect the skin from damage caused by the sun and pollution.
If you have sensitive skin, it is always best to do a patch test before using any new skincare product, including pumpkin.
